I had such a mixed experience at this hotel. The beach and pool were absolutely fantastic, making it a great spot for families. However, the rooms were in dire need of cleaning and updates, which really took away from the overall experience. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the condition of the living spaces was disappointing and made it hard to enjoy the stay fully.
